Thank you for shopping at Midknight Heroes. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • The item must have been damaged during shipping.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Custom or personalized orders

3. Damage During Shipping

If your resin miniature arrives damaged due to shipping, it is eligible for a return or refund. To initiate this process:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at midknightheroes@gmail.com.

  • Provide your order number and a description of the damage.

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will respond with instructions on how to return your item. Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

4. User-Caused Damage

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been damaged by the user. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Breakage during assembly

  • Damage from improper handling

  • Any modifications made to the item

5. Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at midknightheroes@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  2. Wait for our response with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using the shipping method we recommend.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • If you prefer an exchange and the return is approved, we will send out the new item once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to damage during shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
